If you have not yet received an order confirmation e-mail or if you wish to check the delivery status, please send us an e-mail with your order information and your address.
Immediately after the order has been successfully placed, an electronic order confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided. It contains all necessary information concerning your order. If you have not yet received an order confirmation e-mail, please check whether the e-mail has been blocked by your system or redirected to a spam folder.
If you still cannot find your order confirmation notification, we will be more than happy to send you a new one. In order to do this, please notify us by e-mail and provide your address.
As soon as an order is placed by credit card, it is directly entered into our automated processing system. We therefore regret that we are unable to make any adjustments to your order once it has been placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible, preferably before the goods have been dispatched. Simply fill in our contact form or send us an e-mail providing your address. We will then confirm the cancellation with an e-mail.
If the goods have already been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
We will then reimburse the purchase price of intact containers. We regret that for reasons of health and safety, we are not permitted to take back any opened containers.

We guarantee the high quality of our products and are naturally keen to make sure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. Any JUVEL-5 products can be combined in the same course without complication. In fact, in some cases this may even have beneficial effects. You can combine any JUVEL-5 products as you wish. However, no more than a total of 4 capsules should ever be taken per day. Some of our customers have taken a course of different JUVEL-5 products at the same time and have had good experience with this.

Take two capsules twice daily (a total of four capsules) with plenty of fluid (we recommend at least 200ml of still water), preferably directly before bed and after getting up in the morning.
We recommend taking the capsules before going to bed as the major regeneration and growth processes in the body occur during the night, thus enabling the amino acids to take full effect. We also recommend taking the capsules after getting up in the morning as amino acids are absorbed much more efficiently on an empty stomach.
In addition, you should not take the capsules with other proteins as their effect would automatically be reduced. Therefore, the best time to take JUVEL-5 is one hour before or after eating a meal containing protein.
As we use pure natural amino acids for our dietary supplements, it is certainly possible to take them over a long period of time.
However, it is generally sufficient to take the amino acids until they are available to the body in sufficient quantities themselves, resulting in a healthy metabolism. This time span varies considerably from one person to the next and usually takes six to eight weeks.
As soon as you experience the first positive effects on your metabolism you can reduce the dosage at your discretion or stop taking the capsules altogether.
If you would prefer not to swallow the capsules, you can open them and take the contents dissolved in water instead.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, VAT is not charged and therefore prices minus 9% VAT are applicable. However in such cases, the national customs duties will be charged in the recipient country. You are responsible for the payment of these customs duties. For deliveries to Switzerland, Swiss Post charge an additional service fee for the forwarding of customs duties.
