In addition, the high concentration in the heart has a positive effect on the regularity and strength of the heart contractions.

The B vitamins and zinc support carnitine during fat metabolism and thus help to break down cholesterol deposits. In addition, they ensure optimal utilisation of the amino acids. Vitamins B6 and B12 are needed for the production of red blood cells that supply the body with oxygen. Folic acid helps build and divide cells - an important vital function. It also reduces fatigue and exhaustion.
